Managing Director
Mr. Pradip Kr Bhadra has been the guiding force behind the success of BVEPL. He looks after the long term strategies of the company. He also looks after the CSR of the company.

GOKUL AGARWAL
Director
Mr. Agarwal has been influential in the meteoric rise of BVEPL. Being one of the first engineers in the company, he has been able to guide the technical staff since he joined. He looks after the day to day implementation of prefixed strategies and programs. Mr Agarwal also handles the vendor network primarily and is the chairman of the CSR committee. He also leads the banking relations of the company.

DEBDEEP BHADRA
Director
Mr Debdeep Bhadra, an engineer himself, has transformed BVEPL into a technology based enterprise. His technical knowledge helps guide the company in completing projects on schedule. Mr Bhadra also looks after the tendering activities and oversees procurement of the company.

DEEPANJAN BHADRA
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Deepanjan Bhadra looks after the day to day functioning of the projects. He also manages procurement of materials for the various ongoing projects. He also heads the Plant and Machinery department on the company.
